There is totally no better alternatives, and that is why for long time later, the players will become lesser.

It feels like you are adding new and better things just to keep old players alive and at the same time not attracting new players.

Even if you do attract new players, they don't stay long after they get bored with it.

The chances of getting one better item via Lottery is so slim! 

Silent Ground is available to everyone from arkania at Divine Statue, it costs 5 cash points to get there. Same statue from which is used to teleport to Blessed Arena, where you can find Silent Ground monster on top spot.
And top ancient items you can get from Relics of Kundun's you can find them in Kalima 7, Silent Graund, Dungeon, LoT
LoT is easier way to acquire top ancient items, but you and your guild need to fight for it. 
And ofcourse you can look for items in Market

Silent grounds is for everyone. 
Go to arkania - Npc on the middle (the one that teleports to Bless arena,noria,lorencia...) and choose Silent grounds - ticket price is  5 cashpoints.
